ARTICLE 1: DELIVERY

DEADLINE

Deliveries are made according to availability. Delivery times are given as an indication and as accurately as possible. Any delays do not give the customer the right to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim any compensation.

In any event, and in particular when penalties have been stipulated, the agreed deadlines shall be extended in the event of force majeure. Cases of force majeure include the total or partial stoppage of the seller's personnel or that of one of its suppliers, subcontractors, or transporters, and in particular for strikes, fire, flooding, manufacturing accidents or lack of raw materials.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Goods are delivered carriage paid for any order equal to or greater than 500 , to be delivered in Metropolitan France (except Corsica and the French overseas departments and territories), Belgium and the Netherlands. In all other cases, delivery costs will be invoiced in addition. The goods travel at the customer's risk, whatever their destination and whatever the mode of transport.

In the event that the delivery is entrusted to a carrier, it is up to the customer, in the event of shortage, damage, spalling or other damage, to make any necessary observation on the transport documents within three days of receiving the goods.

ARTICLE 2: CLAIM-RETURN

Without prejudice to the measures to be taken with regard to the carrier, complaints about apparent defects or non-conformity of the goods delivered must be made in writing to the seller within 3 days of their arrival. In order to be taken into account, any complaint must :

  • be accompanied by the delivery note or a copy thereof,
  • specify the offending goods and the reasons for the complaint.

The complaint may not, under any circumstances, relate to goods that have been used (engraved articles, etc.).

As is common practice, insignificant changes, even if they are a few centimetres in the lines or dimensions and do not harm the article, may not be the subject of any complaint.

In the event of non-conformity recognised by the seller, only the repair of the offending goods or their replacement, or possibly a credit note corresponding at most to the value of the goods concerned, at the seller's discretion, may result, to the exclusion of any other compensation.

Any return of goods shall be subject to the prior written agreement of the seller.
